NC2024, Inc. and NC24 ApS ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you purchase our food products. To process your order for perishable food products, we collect the following:

  • Identifiers:Full name, shipping address, mandatory email address, and mandatory telephone number.

  • Payment Information: Processed securely via our third-party payment providers (we do not store full credit card numbers).

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies (see Section 8). 

3. Why We Need Your Data (Legal Basis)

  • Contractual Necessity: We require your address, email, and phone number to fulfill your order. Email and Telephone numbers are mandatory to ensure carriers can reach you for timely delivery of perishable goods.

  • Legal Obligation: To comply with tax, food safety, and accounting regulations.

  • Consent: For marketing communications (which you can opt-out of at any time). 

4. Data Sharing and Service Providers

We share your information only with essential third parties:

  • Shipping Carriers: To deliver your order and send SMS/email tracking updates.

  • Payment Processors: To securely handle transactions.

  • Legal Authorities: If required to comply with health, safety, or tax laws.

  • Note: We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. International Data Transfers

If you are located in the EU and your data is processed in the US (or vice versa), we ensure protection through the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to maintain a high level of data security. 

6. Your Rights (EU & US)

Depending on your location, you have the following rights:

  • Access & Portability: You can request a copy of your data in a portable format.

  • Correction & Deletion: You can request that we fix or delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements for tax/food safety).

  • Opt-Out (US/California): You have the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your data for targeted advertising.

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): Our website recognizes GPC signals sent by your browser as a valid opt-out request. 

7. Data Retention

We keep your order information as long as necessary to fulfill the contract and meet legal obligations (typically 5 years for tax purposes). Inactive accounts may be purged regularly. 

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to manage your shopping cart and analyze website traffic. You can manage your preferences through our Cookie Consent Banner. We do not use "dark patterns" to influence your choices.
